    empathetic interaction in modern school environments.

  • Analyzing communication styles: exploring verbal, non-verbal, and written channels,
    and learning how to adapt your approach for students, parents, and colleagues.

  • Creating an open classroom culture: practical strategies and interactive exercises for
    establishing mutual respect and encouraging open dialogue from day one.

     

Day 2: Active Listening & Constructive Feedback

  • The art of active listening: moving beyond hearing to truly understanding student

  • Judgment-free communication: practicing techniques to listen empathetically, ask
    clarifying open-ended questions, and de-escalate misunderstandings.

  • Course synthesis and "Idea Fair": presenting personalized classroom action plans
