5-Day Course Program

Day 1: Foundations of Inclusive & Sustainable Education

• Networking and icebreakers: establishing collaborative European learning
  groups and setting shared pedagogical goals.

• Unpacking Inclusive Education & the SDGs: understanding legal frameworks,
  ethical mandates, and the direct relevance of the UN goals to modern,
  equitable schooling.

• Identifying Diverse Learning Needs: exploring various types of disabilities,
  neurodiversity, and how teachers shape student values, empathy, and
  sustainable behaviors.

• Baseline Assessment workshop: evaluating your current school environment
  and curriculum to identify initial opportunities for integration and improvement.
   

Day 2: Differentiated Instruction, UDL & Cross-Curricular Mapping

• Universal Design for Learning (UDL): exploring core principles and adapting
  teaching strategies, materials, and assessments to accommodate diverse
  learning speeds.

• Curriculum Mapping for Sustainability: embedding environmental and
  inclusive principles seamlessly across various academic subjects and age
  levels. 

• Collaborative Lesson Design: working in small groups to build task-based,
  cross-curricular lesson plans using Design Thinking and problem-based
  learning.

• Case Study Analyses & Peer Review: analyzing real-life classroom scenarios,
  presenting initial lesson concepts, and exchanging constructive peer
  feedback.
   

Day 3: Creating Supportive Classrooms & Active Digital Engagement

• Classroom Management for Inclusion: addressing behavioral challenges,
  fostering positive behavior support, and building peer-to-peer empathy.

• Assistive Technologies & Digital Tools: exploring effective specialized apps,
  accessibility resources, and AI tools for inclusive and environmental
  education.

• Gamification & Active Citizenship: applying game-based strategies and
  role-playing simulations to motivate students toward social responsibility and
  environmental stewardship.

• Hands-on Material Creation & Testing: drafting interactive worksheets and
  digital modules, followed by peer-group trial runs to refine educational impact.
   

Day 4: Collaborative Partnerships & The Whole-School Approach

• Engaging Stakeholders: collaborating effectively with parents, guardians,
  caregivers, special education professionals, and external support services.

• The Whole-School Approach: strategies for scaling inclusive practices and
  campus sustainability into institutional policies and daily school operations.

• Community Action Initiatives: designing student-led projects that connect
  classrooms with local municipal, cultural, or environmental organizations.

• Overcoming Institutional Barriers: organizing collaborative team meetings to
  address common administrative challenges and drafting step-by-step
  implementation roadmaps.
   

Day 5: Leadership, Action Planning & Future European Cooperation

• Cultivating Leadership: developing leadership skills to advocate for inclusive
  and sustainable practices within the wider school community.

• "Idea Fair" & Final Presentations: completing and presenting individual or
  institutional action plans to the cohort for final feedback and validation.

• European Networking: structuring ongoing post-course cooperation and
  planning follow-up activities for future Erasmus+ school partnerships. 

• Guided Reflection & Course Evaluation: synthesizing professional growth,
  evaluating course outcomes, and celebrating shared success.

• Official Awarding of Certificates and concluding ceremony.

Course Format: 5 days / Over 25 hours of effective lessons

Target Audience: Primary, Secondary, and Vocational Teachers, Special
Education Professionals, School Leaders, and Educational Staff

Certification: Upon successful completion of the program, participants will
receive a formal Certificate of Attendance outlining the core competencies
achieved. For educators participating within the Erasmus+ framework,
Europass Mobility documents will also be validated and issued to formally
recognize the professional development completed.
